Great presentation that should be the 'how-to' guide for any up and coming city.  Will the powers-that-be in Jacksonville sit up and take note?

This is new.  I like what they had to say about mid-block cut-throughs.  There are a lot of things on here that should be requirements for new developments in Jax, both in the core and farther out.

Very informative and makes a great deal of sense.............therefore concerning Jacksonville likely will not happen! No vision or plan of any kind to make use of what is prudent and sensible!
