The Jacksonville Dixie Blues, a Women's Tackle Football team, won the quarter finals for the Women's Football Alliance (http://www.wfafootball.com/) against the Austin Outlaws: 55-14.  They've actually been unbeaten for several years.  They will be playing against the St. Louis Slam in St. Louis on July 25 for the semi-finals and will play for the National Conference on August 15.  The Dixie Blues have a 9-0 record for this year.  I have photos of the most recent game and some of the high jinks which went on there.  Would you like to see some of them?  I don't want to take up space here unless there is some interest.

Space is not an issue and photos always add interest... if you have em... please post em!

Thanks.  I'll post a few.  I also have some I want to post some from the August 08 flood in Callahan.  I've a couple of pretty neat ones.

I was on a team that played a flag football game against them several years ago for charity or some such... They beat us pretty soundly. It was a blast. Great group of folks.
