Does anyone know more about Novare?
Because they aim for a much differnet market I would think coming to our area would be a very good thing for them and us.
Does anyone know if they have gone forward with all their projects in Tampa and Nashville?

I was just in Tampa this past Saturday.  Novare has completed Skypoint and is now building a second tower called The Element across the street.  They are also on their second or third project in Nashville too.

Here's a link to a live construction site webcam.  They also recently broke ground on the Catalyst, a 27 story/462 unit tower in Uptown Charlotte.

Yes, in Nashville they are really selling good. Viridian is well-received with the city, Encore is topped-out, crane gone and ready to occupy in Spring of 2008. They may be getting ready to start Encore #2 or a different project in SoBro. Like I said before, great company, great products, geared towards hip, cool, urban 25-30 somethings, and towards empty-nesters that want a great product, just not paying your life savings on a place.

Well we do have to overcome the toxic development bubble that these other places don't have to deal with, so it may be a while.
