Did anyone else notice the banner hanging up in front of Derby house? It says they are now serving beer and appetizers and have a happy hour.  Definately not the place Id think of to go for HH, but hmm.

There is no better place to go for Southern comfort food in town, but how do you make Mom's meatloaf into appetizers?
