That's not what she meant - she wanted the portal where you can read their email.

I actually don't have this handy (I'll try to dig it up), but keep in mind that City Council was NOT included in that service.  Their emails are public record, but they don't throw them out on the web.

(I bet Peyton wishes he never did that)

I must admit this is pretty interesting reading - I focus on Daniel Davis' e-mails, since he's the council President now. 

Highlights:
Check out Adam Hollingsworth's updates from Tallahassee regarding the property tax amendment. 
There's a lot of e-mails for/against the Craig runway extension.
Some occasional interesting releases from the Mayor's office.
And a barrage of daily e-mails from some pretty crazy people.  You'll see what I mean...

P.S.  I am just familiar with the above site to view City Council e-mail (Davis, Johnson, Jabour and Hyde are included in the link posted above.)

Does the mayor's office have a separate access point?  I am not aware that they do, but if I am wrong, let me know with the link and appropriate passwords.

Here is the way into the Mayors email etc :

The City of Jacksonville has recently upgraded their public record email system. Here is how to access the email:

1. Go to: http://webmail.coj.net/public (opens in a new window)

2. Enter Login: publicdocs Password: public

3. Click on the Public Records folder at the top of the screen.

These steps will allow you to read the official email of:

Adam Hollingsworth
Alan Mosley
Brad Thoburn
Dan Kleman
Dan McCarthy
Mayor John Peyton
Mickey Miller
Paul Crawford
Pete Jackson
Ron Barton
Steve Diebenow
Susie Wiles

The messages are now transfered to public record manually by each individual, so if you do not see recent email, send a friendly reminder for them to update their public record email.
