Johnnie Boy? Don't you know people in South America don't sprawl their Cities all over 800 square miles. They live in DENSE COMPACT communities, one atop the other. I did it and it was a revelation to a guy that has always owned acreage. Urbanized in one year! Did you know the BRT in Curitiba got the average bus speed up to a breath taking 12 miles per hour? Did you know that when a City a bit bigger then Jax, only has as many autos as Arlington, people have no choice but use transit. Did you know that cars are taxed as a luxury item in South America?

Oh and by the Way, since we can now look forward to the Curitiba hit squad to attempt to shoot down our rail studies and point the way (for a price of course) to Gate Diesel Fuel, and Gate Concrete. The system failed in Curitiba, THEY ARE BUILDING RAIL!
