Done.  My final four selections ended up being the same.

Completed, but not without a lot of thought.  A few of the brackets required some tough decisions.  I would love to have many things.  My final four (with careful planning) came down to Regional Commuter Rail, Urban rail-streetcar, expanded sidewalks/trails and HOT lanes.  I think all would help Jacksonville a great deal.  Commuter rail won, of course, but not by much.  Urban rail-streetcar tried to make a comeback.

Just to provide some background on the game....

1. it was designed to capture general priorities, not specific projects
2. each of the four brackets includes the same 16 options
3. first round matchups are not repeated in the bracket, but may repeat in subsequent rounds
4. as such, the game ends at the fnal four....otherwise a priority could end up playing itself
