Any word on when the St. John will break ground?  It's suppose to take place before the year is out, right?
Last I heard the sales were looking really good.

Chamblins was supposed to open over a year ago, just like Fuddruckers.

the st. john is scheduled to break ground in December. sales are higher than other projects in the area, but the developers technically have until June '08 to make a decision and break ground. look for news on that in the next 4 months, but don't expect a finished project before 2011.
