I'm very interested to see what the small round building on the right will become.  It looks like it will house at least one restaurant and some retail.  This is very exciting that the development is moving forward.  I wasn't able to check on all the projects I would have like while I was home for FL/GA, so that is good to hear.  I did see Kings Ave Station is getting underway.

According to the tu this morning the project is not dead just in a holding pattern.
