I think you're forgetting about the super glued pieces of the torn down buildings that were on site, stuck on the side of the new library.

There might be a few isolated attempts to reuse some of the city's history but the vast majority are just trash to them. I have seen at least 10 houses come down and haul to the landfill with the exception of what I was able to pull out of the pile that was once a 100 year old house
