From My Perspective

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, and now a 15-year resident of Jacksonville, Florida, I took up photography nearly 30 years ago but put my camera away to attend to the sudden demands of life. Five years ago I again took up photography and quickly discovered my talent and passion for capturing exciting and often haunting images. The world presents itself to me in ways others just do not see until I freeze the moment in time, uniquely capturing the beauty, ambiance and serenity of the subject.

From My Perspective is a collection of works taken in such diverse locations as St. Augustine, Florida; Rome, Sienna and Venice, Italy; Napa Valley California; San Francisco, California; and New York City, New York. They are pieces that evoke a feeling or mood -- sometimes in unexpected ways. They are meant to heighten your awareness of the beauty around you and provide a focal point from which you can expand your senses.

I hope you enjoy my work and that they transport you to a far-away place, stir an emotion, or bring you hope.
