Jonathan Insetta has plans for two new Restaurants.

While I have some personal issues with how La Cena's owner has dealt with the panhandling/homeless problem, I did eat at the restaurant in the past....and can attest that the food is very good!

Being an ex-downtown resident of 2 years, I can attest that Jerry tries extremely hard to draw attention to problems that the city would rather avoid.  The area around 11E, Carling, etc.. is better because Jerry is on the prowl...  I hope he NEVER stops his mission to clean things up down there.

Back on topic though... 2 new places sounds exciting.  Chew and Orsay are GREAT GREAT GREAT.

The bar on Bay Street will be in the former space of the State Attorney's office, across from the courthouse. There was a basement, main, and upper levels for the building. It is a red brick building. The place will really give Mark's and Ivy a run for their money, especially with Elijah as the bar manager.

Jerry and La Cena are wonderful. Johnathan and his group and Chew are great, but Orsay is hands down the most amazing restaurant in Jax. They also now have happy hour drinks, they understand the times, and the economics. One of my favorites!
