And though I long to embrace, I will not replace my priorities: humour, opinion, a sense of compassion, creativity and a distaste for fashion.

I don't think you will see a lot of Titan fans Sunday.  I bought my tickets in August.  It was close to being a sellout then.  I was only able to get nose bleed seats.

I hope not I dont want to see a sea of blue in the stands. Oh how I hate the Titans and yes I remember 1999 I hope the Jags do.

Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!! I still have nightmares about that game.  reggie barlow muffing the kick!!!  I was in section 204 then, two huge, I mean huge titan fans in front of me.  Nicest guys in the world, rooting for there team, we were chatting and talking nicely the whole game.  If you have ever gone to an away game in the NFL, my wife and I have done 6, it can be a very scary experience.  Thats why I always encourage fans to treat the visitors nicely, if they are just rooting for there team.  After we lost that game had to shake there hands and compliment them, better team won.

Yea I agree, But only for certain teams. If its the Cowboys or Steelers at my home field am directing all shit talking there way!!

I went to Raymond James last here, they were mean as hell at first, but I just keep scanning the stands for the Teal & Black. When I got eye contact, you got that smile and nod like "whats up!". Bucs fan were trying to hook me, but I wouldn't bite. I was sitting next to this Buc fan and his son, and I kept chatting it up with the boy and taking pics with him. At the end of the game the lil boy ask his dad can he take him to Jacksonville to see the Bucs Vs Jags game in four years. Dad said "we'll see".....That was a cool experience. Jags come here to Atlanta in 2011. I wont be a Falcon fan that week!

I imagine teal,,they havent worn all black this yr,, the atmosphere can be great, but if the Jags play like they did againts the Browns it may take the crowd out of the game. I expect the fans to be hyped,,we will see.

A little birdie told me the all black is gone for a little while. Succeeding in the NFL is has a lot to do with tradition, and picking an identity and sticking with it. When you think squealers, I mean steelers :), you think black and gold, when you think green bay, you think green and yellow. When you think jags...you think Teal. The teal is real baby

You seeing a lot of teal and black around the city? You know like how it was last year before the Steelers and Patriots games.....I see they moved the schedule, I am guessing it is the CBS regional broadcast not many AFC games at 4.

Hmmmm interesting. That is for the entire league right? I don't think the Falcons have worn there black jerseys either. Only a few teams have the alternate black....Jaguars, Eagles, Falcons, Ravens...i think there may be 2 more. I guess they did away with the suits for coaches....I always like the suit thing.

Now if we could just get something to consitently wave in the stands, so far we've had the wiggle sticks--ugh,,then the pom poms for the steeler game, whats next. I would like teal or white towels.

It won't be like the Steelers or Browns games but there will be a decent amount of Titans fans. It's amazing how many come out of the woodwork when they are winning. I remember in 2005, when we played the Bengals on Sunday night football and they were undefeated. There were thousands of Bengals "fans" there. Where do you think they are now?

I have a teal towel, they should do the teal towel promotion more often, but it a way I feel like its copying the Steelers. Today is an important game, Ill be watching.

Towels are cool, but I think they would rip-off of the Steelers too much.

Agreed...we need something different, where it doesn't look like we're just doing some knock off from them

Agreed also. I am thinking maybe a rally monkey or tomahawk chop?

jbm32206

along the lines of the rally monkey, couldn't we have something as a jaguar to swing around? Remember the old Exxon tiger in the tank? Well we could have jaguars by the tail to swing
