Set us back decades. I'm sure the new riverfront park will be a nice one when its eventually done. But let's not kid ourselves. It's not going to pull in the amount of people to downtown the way that the Landing did consistently.....even in its worst years of being intentially put out of business by COJ. Anyway, we can't change the past but we should accept our mistakes and learn from them and put ourselves in position to not do the same dumb things.
