Since moving to Jax almost 20 years ago, this has been my absolute favorite place to learn more about the city, engage with some of the smartest folks in the 904, swap opinions and speculation, and collectively discuss something we obviously all feel very passionate about - the urban revitalization of Downtown Jacksonville. We don't always agree on everything, which is part of the fun, but deeply respect all the different viewpoints from multiple angles and all that everyone is doing to make this city a better place. Wishing you all a FANTASTIC holiday season. Wouldn't feel 10% as informed about what's really going on in this city without this place.

Merry Christmas and Happy holidays to you and yours Ken!  Like you I have been here a long time and enjoy the discourse this site provides... after 20+ years I made the decision to move on and am very happy with my decision. I root for Jacksonville and the efforts of those working to make it a better place...  8)
