tl;dr version: Gate sold its Precast Concrete business to The Wells Companies, and Wells is moving the precast offices out of the Gate building in Mandarin to Brooklyn.

Based on the article, this must be a billion plus dollar sales company and I wouldn't be surprised if it sold for something close to that too.
