Groundwork Jax big winner in state resiliency funding plan

Florida's Department of Economic Opportunity has given nearly $20 million to 37 counties, municipalities, educational institutions and nonprofit organizations through its Rebuild Florida General Planning Support Program.

The program provides funding to develop or enhance plans to withstand future disasters. Through Rebuild Florida, local governments and municipalities have access to resources to bolster their community's resilience to future disasters.

I drove over the Lee Street Viaduct this morning and that portion of the trail is looking great, but the amount of traffic signals placed in front of the Prime Osborne is INSANE.  4 stoplights per crossing and there are maybe 8 crossings within a 100 yard stretch.  When those are all lit up it's going to look like visually jarring mess.
