I love how they kept this as part of their history and identity and cityscape.  It looks very cool.

I cringe at how little we value our own industrial past in the same way.  I think the demolition of the Ford plant was unforgivable and I literally hear people, even within the real estate/development community or touching it, clamor for Maxwell House to be gone so we can demolish "that eye sore".

I will never understand how what comes so naturally to citizenry elsewhere never seems to latch on here...I don't know what's wrong with this place, but it's not just city council or the mayor.  There are mentalities here that are just different that hold us back, in my opinion.
