Does anyone know what's going on with the Sitework on the empty building pad in front of the Peninsula?   Maybe they are getting ready to put the brick veneer back on and prepping for a lay down yard?

They're recladding the exterior of the building due to (I believe) water intrusion. The new look will be more modern.
