I don't do bars anymore; but if I did, I'd be breaking my neck to get to THIS one. I really like it; 3 levels huh? Wow, that place is gonna be packed on game days, and possibly even on non-game days when the season is over.

Looking at archived Google Street View pictures, this has been a bar since at least 2007.

Some iterations include:
- Jacksonville Sports Tavern
- The Gas Knob
- Amsterdam Sky Cafe

Wonder how long this version will last?  Maybe with the Doro nearby it will have a steady customer base.

With RISE, IAW, Four Seasons, etc. coming online, the opportunity of this area actually becoming a district is growing.

None of them were open on a regular schedule. Game days, events etc drove when they were open... but even then... they were usually manned by temporary staff who didn't know the menu or the bar. Hopefully this new iteration can stay open...

Anyone know what the situation is with the ground level retail spot at RISE Doro in terms of intended use?

Related.....at some point is there a consideration to RFP the ground levels of the Garages? Remember, these were designed to accommodate retail in the future. The Arena Garage could be a starting point, as the other one is a little disconnected.

I think they're close to announcing the tenant.  It's very fitting for a Sports & Entertainment District.
