The progressive and creative projects in other cities of all sizes contrasts so much with the lack of same here.  We have a long way to go to catch up.

First, I keep reading it as "Karate."

I was glad to see finally people in the pictures on page 2, many of the scenes - outdoor seating and parking - are pretty desolate.

What would be a good location for one of these in Jacksonville? I know the developer of the old Town and County shopping center (University Park*?) is going to have a few container businesses onsite.
* - I think that's the name, I have a block against it because there is a residential area called University Park just a few miles north.

College Park is the name of the shopping center.

College Park is the name of the shopping center.

See? I have a mental block on the name.  :)
