This is awesome.  Great job Bill.  It's unfortunate, however, that I can think of many instances in our fair city where some of these issues have come up and the city has ruled against smart, dense, urban neighborhood development.

Agree, well done!  Even if it is written assuming that there are no vehicles and that all our good citizens and businesses act respectfully toward each other at all times (a true holiday miracle).  When all of this comes to pass, prepare for the end of the world .

P.S.  I think you missed one opportunity... the "townhome" to the far right of the line is labeled a hotel.  Scandalous!  A bordello in the middle of housing (see the madam that did just that in a gated Deerwood home a few years ago  )
