It is what it is, but I think it's fine.  There is no street frontage on Riverside to put the grocery no matter how you do it.  Riverside immediately turns into a bridge at the intersection so to there's no great to answer to that here.  I'm looking forward to the site work that realigns the creek, they're going to have to to start on that soon.

When I first saw the renderings for this site development, the first thing I thought was..."that's a horrible place to build this development," with the on and off ramps, bridge, etc. I hope it works out.
