Peninsula Brick Veneer

Does anyone know what the deal is with the brick veneer on the Peninsula?  I know there were issues with the original install leading to water ingress into the structure but I assumed the bricks would eventually go back up. It's been quite a while though.  My guess would be that it's stuck in litigation or something?

The bricks will be going back up in the next year or two.  The HOA sued the builder for $60M, which took a very long time to get worked out.  The suit has been settled, and the payment has been made to the HOA and they plan to start work on the brick façade, the balconies, and some other items soon.
