Join The Jaxson for a walking tour of San Marco, one of Jacksonville's most popular historic neighborhoods. San Marco was formerly the independent town of South Jacksonville. From its first period of major growth in the 1920s to the present, the neighborhood features a wide diversity of architectural styles, including Renaissance revival, Craftsman, Art Deco and more. Today, the neighborhood is well known for its vibrant commercial district, San Marco Square, and for being home to many of Jacksonville's best restaurants and bars.

This one should be fun. Can't believe that we haven't done a walking tour of San Marco yet.

We should do more tours in San Marco, it's walking distance to my house.
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?

I do a walking tour of San Marco every day......with my dog.  Start at Metro Diner (Southside United Methodist) and work my way down to the Square.  It's a damn nice neighborhood.
