Hmm... Even though I live on Adams and would definitely welcome the additional retail, if I had to pick between the two, I'd choose Riverwatch tower. In terms of the type of hotel, I would be more for a 4 star hotel rather than an extended stay hotel. Also it would be nice to centralize alot of retail around the Landing IMO.

I am going to go with the new Riverwatch Tower.  Maybe One12 could be rentals units until the market changes again.

I like the Barnett as the next "Carlton remake," in the City and I like Riverwatch as the fancy new hotel and retail. Shame it's not 60 stories high with a Trolley Museum in the ground floor... but then something is better then nothing, and ANYTHING is better then another stupid parking lot!

I like the Riverwatch Tower. We don't have that many hotels downtown like Miami and Atlanta do...and we need more high-rises.
