I'm kinda surprised the market hasn't been saturated over in Brooklyn at this point. They'll likely need more residents in the area before any more restaurants can build-out.

This is kinda shown by the retail spaces in Vista Brooklyn and 220 Riverside starting to go towards office use.

Brooklyn's retail is supported by downtown office works and residents from nearby urban core neighborhoods. It would not be there if it had to rely on the Brooklyn population alone. Also, the design of retail spaces have an impact on their attractiveness to a retail end user. For example, 220 Riverside has a very poor retail design for a place that fails to generate sufficient foot traffic. The spaces with poor street visibility have struggled more than the one spot that does.

The Brooklyn Skyway expansion will be great for Brooklyn restaurants, particularly in that Brooklyn Station area.

Been waiting for this one to start construction for a while.

Excited to have a Panera in close proximity to downtown.

A lot of tourists go to Brooklyn to eat after events at the TU and sports complex as well. I really don't think its anywhere near oversaturated yet.

Yeah and theres even more on the way in the next year or so with the Fuqua Development on the other side of the street creating additional retail space.

San Marco?

Walkable/Skyway-able from the CBD.

Technically you could probably lump San Marco into that category from King Street station, but we won't get technical...
