New restaurants to the riverfront? Wheres the real estate to put them? Maybe they mean lemonade stands at the Landing.

Lemonade stands could qualify! Probably the Landing, old City Hall Annex site, whatever the Jags want to do near the stadium, the District and the River City Brewing site. All have been said to have some retail/dining component.
