Elena Flats Now Open for Business

Noticed the Elena Flats have put units in the MLS this morning. They are beautiful. And expensive.  Jack Meeks did a really nice job here. I will go and walk through if possible.

Noticed the Elena Flats have put units in the MLS this morning. They are beautiful. And expensive.  Jack Meeks did a really nice job here. I will go and walk through if possible.

He and his wife always do a really, really fantastic job on their renovations. They have a couple of multi-family rentals in Springfield that are extremely well done, as well.

Seems like these might be most appropriate for Corporate apartments, given the pricing.
