New soccer stadium in downtown Colorado Springs brings current development total to $2 billion.  The stadium will have a 200 unit apartment building as part of it.

That project is a good one for the Eastside and Armada to look at. I love how the stadium is designed with a restaurant at the main corner to help activate foot traffic and life in the area on non-event days.
