I talked to a person at Marah Brewing Company (formerly O'Brothers) back on Memorial Day weekend and they said they were partnering with Safe Harbor. Marah would continue to do the beer and Safe Harbor would run the food operation.

Oooooo, I will now have two good seafood spots to choose from! That's exciting!

Can somebody post the location from the article.  I hate the TU.

The article doesn't say and the company has been tight lipped, but word on the street is that it would be the food purveyor at Marah Brewing Company, the former O'Brothers.
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?

Captain Zissou

Really?  That's about a third of the size I would expect them to take.  If they aren't going to rework that space, it's going to be an interesting set up.  I'd rather see them invest more in a larger facility.

Yep, that's the location. There's a sign on the building (just walked past).

It's not gonna be a full restaurant, though. I imagine it'll be more along the lines of Black Sheep at Inutition.

Has RAP signed off on this yet?

The Safe Harbor at Beach Marine is tiny.  Its got a walk up counter and a few tables inside.  Most of the seating is outside.

That "outside" is essentially inside though.  There's gotta be seating for over 100 under roof and more on the actual outside tables on the way to the docks.

Why would they need to?

Because they oppose most stuff.

That block isn't in the historic district.  What grounds would they stand on to oppose it anyway?

I doubt RAP would have any problem with this. It's been a restaurant space for a lot of years. Kerry's just being Kerry.
