Bigger than Lot J. It's something needed to ultimately bring Amtrak back downtown.

Back downtown to a downtown with nothing. But is big though and this will spur development because certain people on here say it will. Anything else is just pie in the sky because we ( the metro Jax folks say so.) The site has no credibility.

LOL...bad day? I'm looking at things long term and in the long term I think regional infrastructure enhancements will lead to great return... but just giving an opinion.

Should have spent the money on a quite zone.  If you wait for a train between San Marco and downtown it is because you want to, not because you have to.   Just take I-95 across the river.
