The TU was never looking at moving towards the stadium, the move came down to either the Wells Fargo Tower or the Enterprise Center. Nevermind the fact that any Lot J and/or Shipyards plans have neither an economic development agreement, entitlement nor financing in place. I know this is shocking, but not everything in Jacksonville is a conspiracy masterminded by Khan  ::)

Very interested to see what comes next from the Brooklyn site.

I can't read the article behind the paywall. What would the building's occupancy be once they move in?

Article didn't say. They're only taking one floor, 27,000 SqFt. Circulation team is moving to their existing offices on the southside and westside. News, Advertising, and Accounting will remain downtown.

BTW, when the article begins to load, hit stop in your web browser:).

All six remaining employees will be moving  ;)
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?

Unless they're packed like sardines, I'd guess no more than 150.
