Hello from Alderman Park

We are a couple who moved to Jax from SC last April on the hunt for a house. After many failed attempts (including a gorgeous property in Clifton!!!), we finally closed on a home in Alderman Park last September - the prettiest house on the street ... but don't tell our neighbors that! lol

Loving it here, already feels like home. Still getting settled in on account of all the updating our 50's home needs.

Btw, an observation from out of staters - your suspicions about JEA are right - they're not very good, cheap or updated with technology (we have a smart meter, why can't we track our daily usage?) - are they the only provider for this area?

Alderman Park!  lol.  fwiw it looks like he would support the JEA sale.  take from that what you will re: the JEA issue.

Anybody know where to find his radio show for an update?

BTW, JEA does allow for the tracking of your daily usage. Just have to log on to your account.
