The Sears at Orange Park mall has no electronics anymore.

I just went by there recently. The electronics section is gone. They have furniture where it used to be. All they have is a shelf with a couple of TVs in boxes now. No display TVs. The Sears at the Avenues still has electronics but the section has been largely downsized.

I wonder if anyone is going to consider buying up these old stores once Sears' CEO finally drags it into the pit of bankruptcy, and doing something with them.

Actually used to go to Target to get electronics / games that other stores no longer carried  :)

Funny thing is when I was a young guy, my first credit card was with Sears and my first purchase was for a N64 at the OP Mall Sears.. lol. if I remember correctly, electronics took up about half of the upstairs. Last time I was in Sears, it depressed me too much.

Until Trump started dragging them down, Amazon usually bids on every store that goes out of business.

I bought my first DVD player from the Sears electronics section at the Avenues location. Memories....
