Jax provocateur Gary Snow gets busted in Bradenton

Gary Snow, a provocateur who came to Jacksonville during the height of the 2016 campaign and continued his advocacy for Donald Trump after the election, was busted and booked in Bradenton for protest antics on Monday.

Snow, reports Jenna Bourne of Action News Jax (via the Bradenton Herald), was charged with "misdemeanor riot," after police interfered in a scuffle between Snow and another gentleman, one occasioned by Snow burning an "antifa" flag.

Snow's provocations at anti-Trump rallies went from media curiosity to public safety crisis earlier this year, with his trolling of a rally in Hemming Park leading to a melee that saw five local progressives booked for various charges ... with Snow escaping such booking.

The weeks thereafter led to a public relations crisis for Jacksonville Sheriff Mike Williams, who pinpointed Snow as a "catalyst" of the problems in Hemming Park.
