Loved seeing all those JEA "workers" in the top 10 highest paid public officials in Jacksonville, last weeks JBJ. Hey, Kerri was in there too.

It caused the Bostwick building's foundation to be compromised due to a pump in the vault pumping the silt from underneath the building into the storm drain.

How does an electrical vault pump silt into a storm drain? I believe these are two separate systems, COJ owns the storm sewer and JEA owns the electrical vault.
