The Bailey's Gym on San Jose Blvd next to CVS. What's going on there?

Anyone have any idea what's going on with the Bailey's Gym on San Jose Blvd next to CVS? The last time I was in the area, they were ripping out the parking lot.

A Daily's convenience store and gas station are going in in front of the gym.
