Greeting from Bradenton, Florida.  I am Jerry Mathis.  I am a WW1 collector.  I have been doing some research regarding Camp Joseph E. Johnston.  Several months ago I acquired a photograph of an early 1900's military post.  The photograph is said to have come from the Jacksonville area.  I would like to submit it to see if anyone in the forum has any information regarding the photograph.  I have seen parts of previous posts regarding the history of the Black Point Military Reservation also known as Philbrofen.  I think this photograph is related, but I can not prove it.  I am hoping some of the forums historians can shed some light on this military post.  If this is inappropriate please accept my apology and disregard.  Thank you very much.   Jerry Mathis

Welcome! I'm not a history buff but maybe someone on the forum can help.
Or, if you're in the area, Uncle Davey's shop has a bunch of war memorabilia, mostly civil war stuff, but who knows. Obviously this is not my area of expertise:)

Good luck!

How does one attach an image (JPEG) to a post?

I think you have to upload it elsewhere and link to it.
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?
