I wont armchair on Justin's condition, but the fact the Bucs checked the bars in town and the Jags didnt.  The fact the Bucs scout warned the Jags before hand about the drinking. 

Doesnt make the Jags front office at the time look so awesome.

Neither does most anything that Gene Smith did. Blackmon was sort of just the nail in the coffin.
