Traffic on Game Days

I know it has been talked about on here before, (and most people wanted it changed) But the traffic lights on State Street are no longer flashing yellow lights after the jags games. This is probably a good move for downtown, but sure sucks for me trying to get home. I used to be able to get from Lot Z to Edgewood and Us1 in about 10 minutes.
