Non-RedNeck Westsider

I saw the first video this morning and kept scrolling.  Nothing to see here yet, let's see how this plays out.  I read about these types of stories all the time and personally don't form too much of an opinion either way until I know more.

Then the second video was posted this evening and is absolutely damning, IMO.

(Then the second video was posted this evening and is absolutely damning, IMO. ) Damning for the cops killing this man or the man trying to hurt the cops?
One of many unsung internet heroes who are almost entirely misunderstood. Contrary to popular belief, many trolls are actually quite intelligent. Their habitual attacks on forums is usually a result of their awareness of the pretentiousness and excessive self-importance of many forum enthusiasts.

Anyone here thinks this will have any serious (i.e. worse than paid leave or job loss) consequences for the officer(s)  ?

It may and it probably should after watching the videos.  But it is hard to feel bad for a child molesting pervert with a rap sheet consisting of about 15 crimes with a gun in his pocket.

WOW you're very judgemental. So it's OK for cops to kill people that have had a past criminal record. Screw the Justice system let the cops be Judge & Jury.

Didn't say that.  If they shot the man for no reason they need to be indicted.  Simply said its hard to feel sorry for the victim though.   Everyone is judgemental

Hard to feel sorry for the victim. Because of his past criminal record. Wow ::)

It's actually not hard at all, unless you're a soulless piece of stone or don't care at all about the rule of law.

I can't fault anyone for not feeling remorseful after finding out someone's past conduct.  Nor does being un-remorseful towards the victim imply that the officer(s) actions are justified.  Two completely separate thoughts.

Looking at the documents, it appears that he was 21 and she was 16. If that's the case, calling him a child molesting pervert for that seems rather strong.
