As to Argyle/ McGirts ownership,we may in the future see additional conservation mitigation ( if in fact even new roadways....)
Years ago I conducted title search along  Little Black Creek wetland corridor and discovered all sorts of Trusts,ownership based in Miami,a maze.Argyle/McGirts title search a curiosity.

note too another Ortega site possibility at the north shore/Rosevelt Blvd,the abandoned old road crossing.Next to Sadler Point,owned by Brookes Busey-River keeper board member.Noone and I have consulted with Brookes.As adjacent land owner,business operator Brooks is fond of the concept.

today Noone and I made a visit to Pier 17 next door to Saddler Point.Cynthia Seagraves and Cathy.They mentioned their small craft business is based on the concept of getting the hell out of the city in order to enjoy the boats.....

Cleanup tomorrow. Anyone who wants to see the HUGE issue moving forward and at the same time participate in a positive cleanup just come out from 9-11 then take it over to RAM. I'll bring a couple of kayaks to help with the clean up.

I'm a member of the St. Johns Riverkeepers and I'm excited about participating in this cleanup. Think of the exciting potential River destinations on the Northbank. Hogans Creek, Bay Street Pier Park, The Jacksonville Landing,  RAM, McCoys Creek, The Cummer

Has anyone ever suggested a pedestrian bridge crossing the ortega river connecting tillie fowler and ringhaver? If anyone has any info if this subject has been historically presented to the city i would appreciate your feedback. i think it could encourage bike commuters and raise the value of the homes nearby.

A pedestrian bridge connecting those parks across the Ortega River is absurd.
