Synder Memorial Building?

What is the status of the Snyder Memorial Building?  It was RFP'd late last year but I don't belive there were any takers at that time...  Anyone have a new use in mind? Is it large enough for a theater or themed restaurant?

Boomtown tried to move into but that didn't happen.  I suspect if the city continues to let it stand without improving the leaning North wall, it will collapse in a couple of years.

Here's a TU article where Council members discussed what they thought should become of the building.  It's from January 2006.  Interestingly, the TU brings it up in an editorial as a sunshine issue and how the council met without publicly noticing a meeting.   :o
