My wife and I love eating at the fast-casuals, such as Qdoba and Noodles, but we were disappointed to find that Jax had only on Qdoba (which has now closed it's doors  :( ) and NO Noodles.  I just discovered that Noodles and Co. will make its entrance into the Jax market at the SJTC quite soon, in the former Crispers restaurant site.  If you've never eaten at one (highly likely, given that there are so few of them in the south), you should try it.   They have noodle dishes from so many different areas of the globe, from American to Indonesian to Japanese, etc.  Very tasty, reasonably priced, and usually quite quick to your table (five minutes or so).

I do hope they make it down there.  If you go, let me know what you think.

This is cool to hear! As a big fan of authentic Asian noodle dishes, this store is not very high on my list of quality restaurants. Yet it is very endearing cause I would regularly frequent the place when I was in school in Chicago cause it was cheap enough, tasty enough, and very convenient.

I continue to receive a free entree coupon on my birthday, but only half the time would I happen to be traveling somewhere with a store where I could actually use it. I'm not sure I'll be going very often, but now I have a better chance of using my free meal each year :D
