Yet more layoffs at Bank of America

BAC announced more reductions in staff nationally today.

Many were middle managers and covered various businesses across the nation.

My neighbor says that they are ending work from home in greater Jacksonville in January 2016. He went on to say if you live within 30mi of a campus, you have to drive in.

Many of those who had avoided the Buckman since the Barnett days will have to weather it again.

Well, that sucks. I worked at BoA for about four years before I moved away. I hope my former colleagues manage to come through this unscathed. I think the past 10 years have been pretty rough for them anyway.

Interesting......I work for a company that supports companies like BOfA and we are doing the same thing......remote positions are being eliminated, and you better be able to report to a corporate location.........
