Hondduran food bus

I just ate the Honduran food bus (not a truck - a bus!).  Very tasty!  The baleada was quite nice: fresh, made from scratch torillias!

It's located at 5823 W. University Blvd in the American Bedliners parking lot.  It will be on my rotation next to the Mr. Taco food truck.
