Fortune Chinese restaurant

There use to be a Chinese restaurant on Normandy Blvd. in what was the Food Lion shopping center (corner of Normandy and Memorial)
The owner name was Michael he had Ham fried rice and black chicken wings. He closed rather suddenly after being robbed one night. Does anyone know where Michael is know? Or where I can find black Chinese chicken wings?
