What is the going rate for holy water?  Do you think the city could swing it?

Hmmmmmm . . . .
QuoteAsked Thursday if he remains intent on kicking in at least $20 million to help the project along, Khan said: "When it's all said and done, our contribution will be significantly higher than that. Significantly higher."

My, my. That could prove to be *very* interesting. Not just a practice facility but an entertainment venue, perhaps ? ? ?

Does the practice facility cost include parking garages to replace the displaced parking?

I'm not familiar with the Dallas proposed facility but the Colts indoor training facility is a large....LARGE..... air suspended facility almost in the next county.

If they need to use portions of the existing parking lots for the practice facility, they can always turn the current practice fields into new parking after construction on the practice facility is complete.

After seeing video of Khan's interview with the media in London, where he talks about its eventual integration with the Shipyards (starts at 13:18), even mentioning elevated walkways between the sites, I have a feeling this is going to be a lot more impressive than some people might have initially expected (myself included). I'll be interested to see how the facility is tied into the stadium since they'll be very close.
