Believe me, if you live in downtown DC, Woodbridge was, is and always will be the middle of nowhere.

Personally, I do feel that other businesses will take note. With Ikea and Top Golf coming I feel that there's room for more development and others are watching. I hope downtown will do something. I see the beaches are working on a skate park....
